Boutique Apartment

The Studio Boutique Apartment is a very modern and comfortable apartment of around 28 mq, located in Viale Angelo Masini, one of the main roads that surround the historical city centre of Bologna.

It is ideal for a business trip or a holiday due to it's central location with it being just 500 metres away from the main railway station, a few steps away from the historical city centre and a short distance from the Fiera of Bologna. Reaching your apartment by car is simple: the strategic location allows you to avoid the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) and still enjoy the central location.

Having been recently redesigned and refurbished, this studio is characterised by a simple modern interior which is stylish as well as functional. It exhibits comfort at its finest and it can host up to 2 guests.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a luxurious Queen Size bed (160x190) with orthopedic wooden slats and a Memory Foam mattress.

Right next to the bedroom you can find the private bathroom with a large shower. The main features here are the beautiful snow white sink, the immaculate bidet and the large mirror.

Apart from the radiator in the bathroom we have added an extra electric heater for those who love to experience a sauna-like feeling whilst showering!

The studio also comes with a well-equipped kitchen. It has all the necessities to cook including the basics: microwave, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, American Coffee maker and toaster as well as plates, glasses, cuttlery, cups and pans. The kitchen area also has a stove and an extra vent.

Some key features of the room are: air conditioning (also has a heat setting), heating, radiators, a flat screen 32'' TV and free Wi-Fi.

All the window blinders in the apartment are automatic and they allow you to completely block out the light from entering the room whilst you sleep.

There is a communal space outside the studio where you can find the washing machine and dryer. For those who wish to iron their clothes, you can find the ironing board in this area.

We provide clean sheets and clean linen. Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared with fresh and clean sheets, a soft towel, extra duvets and all the necessities for the bathroom.

For those who travel with children, you can request a baby crib before arrival. For this studio it is not possible to add extra beds.
