Deluxe Apartment with Spa Bath

The Deluxe apartment is a luxurious open space studio with a splendid jacuzzi. It is on the first floor of an apartment building on Viale Angelo Masini. The building has a lift (elevator).

It is ideal for people travelling on a business trip or a holiday due to it's central location with it being just 500 metres away from the main railway station, a few steps away from the historical city centre and a short distance away from the Fiera of Bologna. Reaching your apartment by car is simple: the strategic location allows you to avoid the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) and still enjoy the central location.

The open space is very welcoming with a clear sign of attention to detail. The apartment is modern and simplistic. The walls are painted in soft shades of blue to create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

The apartment can host up to 2 guests and is composed of a large bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190cm), bed springs with orthopedic slats and a Memory Foam matress. In the room you can find a minifridge and a 32” Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

The private bathroom's main feature is the bathub with its hydromassage jets. There is also a spacious hydromassage and chromotherapy shower with a rainshower head as well. Here you can also find a sink and bidet.
Apart from the radiator in the bathroom we have inserted an extra electric heater for those who love to experience a sauna-like feeling whilst showering!

There is also also comes with a well-equipped kitchen. It has all the necessities to cook including the basics: microwave, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, american coffee maker, toaster as well as plates, glasses, cuttlery, cups and pans. The kitchen area also has a stove and an extra vent.

Some key features of the room are: free Wifi, air conditioning (also has a heat setting), heating and radiators.

All the window blinders in the apartment are automatic and they allow one to completely block out the light for those who do not like sunlight entering the room whilst sleeping.

There is a communal space outside the studio where you can find the washing machine and dryer. For those who wish to iron their clothes, you can find the ironing board in this area.

We provide clean sheets and clean linen. Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared with fresh and clean sheets, a soft towel, extra duvets and all the essentials for the bathroom.

For those who travel with children, it is possible to request a baby crib before arrival. For this studio it is not possible to add extra beds.
