Our Suite with private Jacuzzi and Sauna offers a unique experience for a romantic stay and relaxing getaway!

The private Sauna and the luxurious jacuzzi will make your stay unforgettable stay! You can also use the chomotherapy and the rainfall shower to relax.

It is ideal getaway for people travelling on a business trip or a holiday due to it's central location with it being just 500 metres away from the main railway station, a few steps away from the historical city centre and a short distance away from the Fiera of Bologna. Reaching your apartment by car is simple: the strategic location allows you to avoid the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) and still enjoy the central location.

The bedroom has a huge king size bed (180x210cm) with a very comfortable Memory Foam matterass. Close to the bed you can find the Jacuzzi for 2 guests with chromoteraphy and bluetooth audio speakers.

On the left side of the bed, you can find a Finnish Sauna with chromotherapy and bluetooth. Why not connect your phone and listen to a relaxing playlist?

The room is also has a 55’’ Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+. You can watch TV from any corner in the room! Why not watch a movie whilst enjoying a steamy sauna or a bubbly jacuzzi moment?

Finally, there is a little area in the room with snacks and drinks. Here you can find a desk, an espresso machine, kettle, a mini fridge and all theeverything ou may need for a warm drinks. There are also glasses, cups, small cups and cuttlery. Feel free to use the coffee pods, tea bags and a wide choice of herbal teas.

Some key features of the room are: free Wifi, air conditioning (also has a heat setting) and heating.

Apart from the radiator in the bathroom we have inserted an extra electric heater for those who love to experience a sauna-like feeling whilst showering!

The room is completely automatic! You can control the lights, window blinders, television, air conditioning, music, alarms by using your voice. If you don't like this option, don't worry as everything can be used in the traditional way by pressing buttons!

All the window blinders in the apartment are automatic and they allow one to completely block out the light for those who do not like sunlight entering the room whilst sleeping.

We provide clean sheets and clean linen. Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared with fresh and clean sheets, a soft towel, extra duvets and all the essentials for the bathroom.
